Under this alternative arrangement, the potential full-time candidate will start the position as an APS temporary employee, affording the employer an opportunity to evaluate the employee’s work performance before making a permanent hiring decision. This further gives the employee the opportunity to determine if the position is a right fit for them as well, ultimately helping to avoid potential short-term turnover in the placement process.


When your need is for a permanent employee, our direct-hire placement services enable you to maximize your time while our team conducts all the details of the recruitment process including in-depth interviews, comprehensive skill assessments and thorough reference checks to verify experience, achievements and performance. We then provide only quality referrals that meet your specific requirements. APS will further negotiate all agreements between you and your prospective employee. For various reasons you may prefer to find and select your personnel for specific needs such as non-traditional employees, freelancers, interns, retirees, special projects, etc., while determining their pay scale. However, you do not want to add these individuals as an employee on your payroll. APS can provide all the administrative and payrolling services and responsibilities associated with being the employer of record. Should you decide to bring the individual permanently on your payroll, there is no additional fee or cost to you.
